ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY:

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the guidelines for acceptable and prohibited uses of the proprietary electronic platform and related products and services made available by Skeleton Key Security Systems, Inc.  ("Skeleton Key"), as well as all websites hosted by Skeleton Key (collectively, the "Service").

The intent of this AUP is to maintain the performance and integrity of the Service, and all users must abide by this AUP.

The Service is intended for the internal business purposes of Skeleton Key's customers ("Clients") and their employees, representatives, contractors and agents who are authorized to use the Service. The Service may not be used for any commercial purpose beyond the functionality intended and outlined in the agreement between Skeleton Key and the Client.

The examples described in this AUP are non-exhaustive.

1. ACCEPTABLE USE AND RESPONSIBILITES OF AUTHORIZED USERS

As an authorized user of the Service, you understand and accept responsibility for all activity occurring through your use of the Service and shall abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treaties and regulations in connection with your use of the Service. In addition, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current and complete information.
• Take sole responsibility for the deletion, correction, destruction, damage, loss or failure to store any information through your use of the Service.
• Maintain the security of login credentials, not to reveal them to anyone else and not to use anyone else's login credentials.
• Immediately notify Skeleton Key of any unauthorized use of login credentials or any other actual or suspected breach of security.    

2. PROHIBITED USES

As an authorized user of the Service, you agree not to violate this AUP, misuse the Service, assist anyone else to misuse the Service or engage in prohibited activities such as:

• Allowing any unauthorized user to access the Service by sharing login credentials.
• Impersonating another user or providing false information to gain access to the Service.
• Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the Service.
• Breaching or otherwise bypassing any security or authentication measures.
• Licensing, sublicensing, selling, reselling, transferring, assigning, distributing or otherwise commercially exploiting or making available the Service to any unauthorized third party.
• Accessing, tampering with or using any areas or parts of the Service to which you have not been granted access.
• Introducing into your computing environment any other software, data or equipment that may have an adverse impact on the Service.
• Interfering with or disrupting any user, host or network by introducing a virus or other malware, overloading, flooding or spamming any part of the Service.
• Violating the law in any way, including storing, publishing or sharing material that is fraudulent, defamatory or misleading.
• Violating the privacy or infringing the rights of others.
• Modifying or making derivative works based upon the Service.
• Reverse engineering, disassembling, compiling or making any attempt to ascertain, derive or obtain the source code for the Service.
• Uploading or storing infringing, obscene, threatening, libelous or otherwise unlawful, tortious or otherwise inappropriate material.
• Using the Service in connection with any transaction involving narcotics, drug paraphernalia, cigarettes, certain sexually-oriented materials, weapons, pyramid, ponzi or other similar schemes, debt collection or debt repair, currency exchanges, check cashing or other restricted matters.
• Copying information from the Service and distributing it to any unauthorized user.
• Using automated means to access the Service and collect content.    

3. CONSEQUENCES OF MISUSE

Skeleton Key has the right but not the obligation, at any time and without notice, to closely review, suspend, limit or disable your use of the Service if Skeleton Key suspects that you have engaged in conduct that violates this AUP.
